Medialab Group has been recognised with the IPA CPD Gold Accreditation. According to the IPA, member agencies who receive the accolade ‘demonstrate a genuine culture of learning; bettering the professionalism, development and reputation of the industry, enhancing clients’ brands and agencies’ worth as a result.’
As part of feedback on the submission, the IPA stated that, ‘This is a superb submission from an IPA CPD Gold newcomer and would be impressive from an agency five years into the process. The submission effectively describes how the cultural, CPD and commercial aspects of Medialab’s approach are interwoven throughout the agency.’ Â
Marcus Orme, Chief Executive Officer at Medialab, also commented that, ‘these are uncertain and tough times, during which our efforts in promoting a learning culture are more important than ever, and something which we take enormous pride in. This accreditation is a testament to what we are trying to build here at Medialab, with continuous professional development at the heart of everything we do. We want people to define their goals and ambitions and in return we support them all the way with training, management, experience and inspiration. This commitment from both sides gives us a vested sense of success and loyalty beyond expectation.
And we encourage people to innovate and push their own boundaries as well as ours. It’s something we are incredibly proud of, but we also know that this is an ongoing effort, and our commitment to development will always continue.’
