We do more hours of training than the industry average and this is reflected in our long-standing IPA CPD Platinum accreditation – recognition of our commitment to continuous professional development. We have been successfully running our Bootcamp Media Planning Training scheme since 2021, bringing the next generation of talent into the industry.

Beyond our in-house training we’re proud to partner with WYK Digital, a not-for-profit social enterprise which opens doors for underrepresented talent in the industry. We have helped launch WYK’s inaugural LEAP programme, equipping early-careers talent with the skills and confidence to thrive in the media industry.
