BENEFITS AND WELLBEING
We know how important it is to have time off, to be out of the office, and to relax. So in addition to your standard holiday allowance, which increases the longer you work at Medialab, we usually close the office over Christmas, and give everyone the day off for their birthdays. We also reward long service with additional time off for a holiday, paid for by Medialab.
We offer hybrid and flexible working, a pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, and travel season ticket loans, as well as making a contribution to your working from home set up.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Medialab is a rapidly growing company which means there is lots of scope for you to develop your skills and progress, and we invest heavily in individual training and development.
We do more hours of training than the industry average and this is reflected in our CPD Gold accreditation from the IPA, recognising our commitment to Continuous Professional Development for our employees.
