We are pleased to announce that we have appointed former Capital One Marketing lead and Starcom MediaVest Group Performance Director, Kirsty Spickett to the new role of Commercial Director. Kirsty will work with existing Medialab clients and the agency leadership team to unlock transparent revenue growth for all parties.
Kirsty, who was named in Campaign’s 30 under 30 in 2010 joins from Blenheim Chalcot, a private equity company, where she led Marketing and Communications for a number of their ventures.
A proven Performance Marketing specialist, Kirsty brings more than 15 years’ experience in the financial services, travel and pharmaceuticals sector, having built the performance marketing division at Starcom MediaVest Group. Prior to that, Kirsty worked at Capital One, transforming the marketing operations into a highly advanced digital acquisition operation. She will report in to Chief Executive Officer, Marcus Orme.
Commenting on the appointment, Marcus said “Kirsty has a reputation for understanding partners’ needs and creating media/marketing solutions to deliver successful outcomes. Coupled with her expertise in client-side marketing, this makes her a perfect fit for the newly created Commercial Director role.”
Kirsty added “It’s an exciting time to join Medialab Group and I’m looking forward to the challenge. I believe we have the passion, creativity and the data and technology to make a difference and to be the partners that our clients need.”
