Medialab have been recognised, for the third year running, as one of Campaign Magazine’s Best Places to Work.
During this past year we have settled into new rhythms of hybrid working, successfully negotiated challenging times, whilst continuing to expand and grow the company. This year, we’ve already hired over 20 new people to join the Medialab team, with many more opportunities still available. We have worked hard to sustain our position as one of the Best Places to Work, by always doing right by our people and by our clients, which is at the core of what we do. And to be recognised for our efforts in our people-first approach is something we are incredibly proud of and will continue to strive for here at Medialab.
Medialab’s CEO, Marcus Orme, commented, “We’ve continued to invest in our people, from all standpoints. They are what make us, us. We recently invested in further mental health training, meaning that over 10% of the company is a trained Mental Health First Aider. We’ve had fun and learnt a huge amount in bringing people together remotely and in person, and are now excited to be back working in our revamped office. We are always growing, and have benefitted from bringing in people with diverse skills and backgrounds. And I’m particularly proud, because this recognition reflects the opinions of those people – it’s an indicator to us that we are getting things right.”
A full ranked report will be published on the 7th April.
