St Mungo’s appoints Medialab Group to run first large-scale digital campaign

St Mungos Client Win

St Mungo’s, the homeless charity, has appointed Medialab Group to run its largest digital fundraising campaign to date, with the target to raise £100,000 online in the final quarter of 2017.

St Mungo’s works directly with people who are sleeping rough, in hostels or supported housing and who are at risk of homelessness. On any single night more than 4,000 people sleep rough across England, according to latest figures from a snapshot survey. St Mungo’s aims to help people rebuild their lives and fulfil their ambitions at every step of the journey away from homelessness.

Following a competitive pitch, Medialab was appointed to use their data-driven approach across a variety of performance digital acquisition channels to promote St Mungo’s Winter and Christmas campaign with the ultimate aim of generating £100,000 income. Medialab will also be assisting St Mungo’s with the artwork and design of their digital proposition.

Hamish Goodrich, Senior Individual Giving Officer, from St Mungo’s commented, “This is St Mungo’s first digital campaign of this scale and we are looking forward to working with Medialab on this exciting project.”.

Alf Cowan, Senior Account Manager at Medialab Group said “This is a really important project for us to be working on at a time of year when the issue of homelessness is bought into sharp focus. We’re very proud to be working with St Mungo’s on this and absolutely believe this campaign will do a lot of good”.

The appointment follows a series of recent client wins for Medialab.
