Medialab invests in talent for growth

Following a year of strong growth in 2019, we have been investing in talent to support and strengthen our data marketing partnership capabilities. The creation of an integrated data and performance leadership team, with several new hires, and a new addition to the board reaffirms our commitment to growth in 2020 and beyond.

We are proud to announce three new Data and Performance Leadership roles. Gary Holladay joins as Head of Data Solutions, from Eurostar where he was Lead Data Architect. Gary has helped businesses transition from legacy systems to new tech platforms and he is an expert at digital data integrations to create more effective marketing.

Partnering Gary is Tony Oakley, who steps into the role of Head of Analytics, and is focused on managing Medialab’s proprietary Data Marketing Platform; Apollo. At a time when every pound of investment must deliver an effective and efficient ROI, Apollo is giving marketers the power to understand the value of their marketing channels both individually and collectively.

Completing the Performance Leadership Team is Stephen Brett, who joins Medialab as Head of Performance from M/Six, where he was Biddable Director. Acting as strategic support for the client teams, Stephen will provide support and expertise in maintaining best practice and keeping abreast of industry and tech developments.

In addition, Suzy Jordan, Director of Growth, has been appointed to the Medialab Board, having joined the organisation a year ago. Formerly Client Managing Director at Carat UK, Suzy will play an instrumental role in driving our growth agenda and in the company’s development, both commercially and culturally, and has already been pivotal in recent new business wins.

Commenting on the appointments, Medialab CEO Marcus Orme, said, “These leadership appointments are a key indicator of our commitment to a long-term growth strategy. Investment in industry leading talent is, and will be, a key pillar of our continued success, and in doing so we are able to provide the best data driven solutions for our partners. Throughout this pandemic, it has been more important than ever to support our client partners and help them gain and grow valuable customers.”

These appointments build on the recent Leadership appointments of Amice Lock, ex SMG as Non-Executive Director, and Steve Parker, ex Publicis Media as Executive Director.
