The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Programmatic Manager to join one of our fast paced, growing client teams. This is a growth role within Medialab and the successful candidate will join the business to help develop and accelerate Medialab’s display and video proposition.

This is to sit within the agency’s largest team led by it’s largest, transformational client as a base to test, develop and grow display and video best practice that will drive growth, not only for that client, but create process, practices and partnerships that define the direction of the whole agency. The candidate will then be responsible for working with other client leaders to identify opportunities to apply that best practice across other relevant Medialab clients.

This is an opportunity to work with senior management to develop and grow a clear proposition and help to build transparent, sustainable and performance driven partnerships in a dynamic, fast changing marketplace.


Required skills

  • Client facing experience
  • Considerable experience optimising and planning digital display campaigns, preferably in an agency environment and preferably self-managed display
  • Good working knowledge of all digital media channels and how they work and can impact one another
  • Strong knowledge of digital ad tech including major DSPs and ad servers
  • Knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform and how the products interlink
  • Experience in independently managing client campaigns and relationships
  • Solid understanding of display and video best practice (operational and future facing ) and a general knowledge of the display landscape including specialist platforms and media owners.
  • Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers is key; you must be able to analyse raw data, draw insights and develop actionable recommendations as needed
  • A self-starter with lots of initiative, motivation and a drive to succeed; you will get plenty of support but the ability to manage your own workload and identify ways to improve is crucial

Desired skills

  • Experience of running App campaigns through UAC, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Financial Services, Retail and/or the Charity Sector
