The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Account Manager to join one of our fast paced, growing client teams. This will be an integral role, requiring a broad blend of skills; with a strong understanding in how to plan and execute across a range of with digital platforms, tech-platforms, as well as a working understanding of data analysis and insight techniques, and a competent level of general marketing and creative processes. The role has significant room for growth and career progression with training provided to cover any knowledge gaps.

The role offers lots of responsibility and all the rewards that come with it. You will be planning, project managing and reporting on media campaigns for key client accounts, helping to drive our rapidly growing agency forward.

Key responsibility looking after important Medialab clients across various sectors including insurance and charity, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all media planning across offline and digital channels.  Key responsibilities will be in Digital, specifically programmatic and PPC and whilst the main focus is digital, the role will require a strong understanding of broader media activity and how the channel mix works together to drive performance metrics.

This role offers a chance to grow and develop digital skills though channel and audience testing, fundamentally driving digital strategy for the client. The role requires close working with the other channel planners to develop an integrated strategy.

The role is in a fast-growing client team and offers the individual the opportunity to work on a range of clients with different challenges and fundamentally help them to grow.


  • Experienced in building and growing immediate client relationships, with a view to becoming senior lead on key accounts
  • Ability to take ownership on own client accounts, including creating and presenting plans, day to day campaign management, preparation and delivery of post campaign analysis and client entertainment
  • Experience of range of channels, including Online Display, Facebook and PPC
  • Knowledge across key digital platforms; including but not limited to Google Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords and Google Analytics
  • Ability to create highly detailed excel media plans across digital channels, including but not limited to, Facebook, Display, Video, and PPC. Including providing reasoned rationale and performance projections
  • Ability to communicate complex topics with clarity, confidence, and conviction, to both specialist and non-specialist audiences
  • Highly numerate
  • Experience keeping to deadlines during busy times
  • Adept at juggling multiple projects for multiple stake holders
  • Professional email and telephone manner
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Desired skills

  • Knowledge and experience of relevant industry sectors, preferable to having worked in either finance or non-profit
  • Self-starter, hardworking nature with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Understanding of analytical techniques used in data industry
