Medialab is a unique independent data marketing partnership and the fastest growing company in the Top 50 Media Agencies, in Campaign Magazine’s ‘School Report’ 2021. The Role:

Following successive years of growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic New Business Manager to join our Business Development and Marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving new business pitch processes and supporting the execution of Medialab’s business development strategy.

This is a new role, with a chance to make it your own. You’ll need to be proactive, good at multitasking and a great communicator. You’ll learn all about what Medialab has to offer and be able to translate this in a compelling way for potential clients. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Managers as well as our client teams, and media and data specialists, getting to know everyone across the business.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Guide and execute pitch coordination – timelines, checkpoints, deliverables, design and pitch theatre needs
  • Be Medialab’s Hubspot champion, ensuring we get the best out of the system
  • Ongoing development and continual improvement of our creds and case studies
  • Prospecting support – identifying potential new business opportunities

Required Skills;

  • Exceptional level of attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency with CRM system (ideally Hubspot)
  • Strong Powerpoint skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in a new business/business development team in a media agency, digital agency or media owner/publisher
