Medialab is a unique independent data marketing partnership and the fastest growing company in the Top 50 Media Agencies, in Campaign Magazine’s ‘School Report’ 2021. Offering media, marketing, digital and data services to a wide variety of clients, we’re a team of around 100 (and growing), based near Oxford Circus (although we are all working from home at the moment, due to Covid-19).
Fundamentally, we believe the best business decisions are made when they are informed by data. Data is our heritage and has been at the heart of our business since its inception over fifteen years ago. We encourage, educate and help clients to use data in the most insightful way to plan and buy across all media channels and deliver the right media solutions for business success.

We’re also known as market-leaders in our field, and we have a very happy client base which we’re proud of, including major brands such as Laithwaite’s Wine and SunLife as well as several charities, including The National Trust, Guide Dogs Association for the Blind, Alzheimer’s Society and Mind.
This is a key leadership role within Medialab, Campaign Magazine’s fastest growing UK “media agency” in each of the last two years. The successful candidate will develop, broaden and accelerate our award-winning social media activities. We are looking for a collaborative and ambitious Head of Social Media to join our Leadership team to drive product and accelerate growth across all social platforms through paid and organic consultancy, strategy development, integration, and activation.
This is a role that will require confidence, communication and collaboration, working across numerous stakeholders within client teams and within client businesses. We highly value our transparent partnership with senior stakeholders across all key social media platforms and this candidate will become a key leader of those partnerships.
We believe that organic and paid social go hand in hand, and we are looking for someone that can deliver a cohesive strategy and consult our clients on their organic activity and incorporate it into their wider marketing strategy. You will have the opportunity to develop and diversify our client base, whilst a large volume of our existing client partners utilise Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter & LinkedIn where our performance is consistently strong.
