Main Responsibilities:

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic, eager Digital Media Executive to join our growing Digital team.  Medialab’s Digital function is a crucial part of the agency’s success, working closely with the some of the UK’s biggest organisations to deliver data driven, and award-winning, media strategies and campaigns.

As a Digital Media Executive, you will work in a varied and exciting role within our Digital Team, working across all aspects of digital marketing as well as managing client accounts.  You will report to the Digital Director and Head of Performance, utilising a combination of tools and platforms to implement and manage digital campaigns across the agency.

The opportunity offers the right candidate the chance to gain a solid understanding of digital marketing, as well as working closely with client teams to deliver results and report on these.

  • Develop a solid understanding of the digital media landscape
  • Develop a detailed understanding of Medialab clients and their goals
  • Assist with strategy development for media execution
  • Implementing paid media strategies – building campaigns, conducting keyword research and budget management
  • Pro-actively look for opportunities to improve campaign performance
  • Analysis of and reporting on the performance of digital media campaigns.
  • Manage the growth of client accounts against acquisition and profitability goals.
  • Optimising digital activity, including bid management, copywriting and competitor benchmarking
  • Keeping up to date with the latest developments and trends across digital media
  • Auditing existing client accounts, ensuring best practices are followed and implemented

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Good understand or passion for Paid Media and Digital Marketing
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Strong literacy and communication skills
  • Business and commercial acumen
