Medialab is a unique independent data marketing partnership and the fastest growing company in the Top 50 Media Agencies, in Campaign Magazine’s ‘School Report’ 2021. Offering media, marketing, digital and data services to a wide variety of clients, we’re a team of around 100 (and growing), based near Oxford Circus (although we are all working from home at the moment, due to Covid-19).
Fundamentally, we believe the best business decisions are made when they are informed by data. Data is our heritage and has been at the heart of our business since its inception over fifteen years ago. We encourage, educate and help clients to use data in the most insightful way to plan and buy across all media channels and deliver the right media solutions for business success.
We’re independently owned, which means there are no limits to what you can achieve. We’re also known as market-leaders in our field, and we have a very happy client base which we’re proud of, including major brands such as Laithwaite’s Wine and SunLife as well as several charities, including The National Trust, Guide Dogs Association for the Blind, Alzheimer’s Society and Mind.
The role is to join the rapidly growing Marketing Effectiveness team at Medialab, where their measurement solutions and modelling expertise help a diverse client-set understand the true value of their media investment, create compelling data stories on how to drive growth, and automate insights into the planning cycle through their advanced and integrated tech stack. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Effectiveness, the role will see you leading modelling workstreams, ensuring quality control of related outputs, performing statistical modelling and integrating research insight from a wide variety of sources to answer client challenges.
The role will see you both support existing team members and help advance their modelling skills, whilst also being surrounded by industry experts and buying teams to advance your own skills as you work with clients you can really feel passionate about.
Our business is built around our unique marketing intelligence platform, Apollo – a technology that turns data into insights we can act on. Importantly, this tool centralises and automates the data collection process, meaning our modelling team can focus on developing the story and strategy that we recommend to our clients, rather than the data processing typically associated with these roles.
