The Role:

We’re looking for a confident individual to join our fast-growing, dynamic business. Working within the AV Team, you will assist in the planning and buying of various client campaigns across TV and Video. Day to day you will make sure that media campaigns are being bought to the highest standard and therefore establishing good working relationships, both internally and with various media owners and stakeholders, is essential. You will also be responsible for providing campaign feedback to both planning teams and clients.

The role offers lots of responsibility and all the rewards that come with it. You will learn the “mechanics” involved in the trading of TV airtime, regularly interact with media owners and planners and ensure campaigns are delivered in both value and quality.

The opportunity would be best suited to somebody with around a year of relevant sector experience; however, entry level candidates will be considered too as we can offer a huge range of training and development throughout your career with Medialab.

Key responsibilities will include delivery of all AV campaigns to specified target and value, monitoring of rolling YTD and historical delivery, liaising with the client teams to ensure all plans are approved and within budget, managing the database ‘Caria’ to ensure all bookings are accurately booked in, daily analysis of TV saleshouse schedules and ensuring that you can adapt quickly to varying demands.

This role offers a chance to grow and develop AV skills through channel and audience testing, fundamentally driving digital strategy for the client. The role requires close working with the other channel planners to develop an integrated strategy.

The role is in a fast-growing enabler team and offers the individual the opportunity to work on a range of clients with different challenges and fundamentally help them to grow, with the full support of a fun and energetic team behind them!
