He has over 20 years’ experience in general management, advisory and board level senior executive roles in marketing, direct marketing, digital media and technology.
Stewart is most widely known for his previous position as CEO at Starcom MediaVest Group UK, and his current role as Chairman at MiQ (formerly MediaIQ).
He was also included in The Drum’s prestigious 2018 Digerati list!

We should point out that Marcus also makes the tea on occasion… although he can be a bit of a coffee diva! Make sure you get the coffee to froth ratio just right!
He oversees the digital and data insight development at Medialab - now one of the core services we provide. Alex focuses on strategic planning for key clients and is always on the lookout for fresh ideas to continue to innovate our offering for clients.
He also likes to ensure our brilliant team are motivated and happy… plus he manages the finance team so it’s his job to make sure everyone gets paid on time!
He wears a few hats but Ben primarily oversees the media sales division, ensuring we’re partnering with the most relevant brands and media to achieve the highest possible ROI for our clients.
As well as his many operational roles at Medialab, Ben has become our data guru, ensuring we’re always ahead of the curve when it comes to data protection and legislation. His extensive data protection knowledge goes down well at dinner parties…
Will has been instrumental in helping to develop a digital agenda to sit alongside the offline work Medialab does, as well as developing our robust campaign planning framework.
His biggest buzz is over-achieving for a client with our integrated media solutions… that and getting his head stuck into a good old spreadsheet. There’s no data problem Will can’t solve!
At Medialab, Kirsty will be operating in the position of Commercial Director… She will however, continue in her existing role of “Chief Customer Experience Officer” to her adventurous 5 year old son and fiery 2 year old daughter.
A keen believer that successful businesses are those who embrace diversity, Kirsty was one of the three founders of the group “Bloom,” a mentoring and networking group set up for women in the communications industry. This year, Bloom will be celebrating its 10th successful year in operation.
She works with multiple charity clients, including National Trust, Barnardo's and Royal British Legion as well as commercial clients such as Direct Wines and Harry’s.
One of Felicity’s proudest Medialab moments to date is winning the DMA Gold Award for Best Customer Acquisition in 2017 for her team’s work with the National Trust. Although getting her Blue Peter badge is a close second in terms of key life achievements.
She’s also an identical, mirror image twin!
His delivers successful outcomes for our clients through innovative integrated media campaigns informed by data and insights. Prior to Medialab, Charles managed key accounts at a creative agency and is always looking for new ways to inject more creativity into our work.
Charles has worked with a wide range of large and small charities and commercial partners, including British Red Cross, American Express, Post Office, Prostate Cancer UK and Macmillan.
His planning skills also came in very handy for his wedding planning too. If you’re looking for the ultimate wedding planning spreadsheet he’s your man!
Nick has over 20 years’ brand experience across senior agency and client-side roles including media agency Mindshare, creative agencies AMV and DDB London, Bulldog Skincare for Men and Selfridges. He’s worked on some of the best-loved brands in the UK, from Marmite and Heinz to National Trust and first direct.
As well as his passion for integrating brand marketing and direct marketing to drive results, Nick is also a keen cyclist and self-proclaimed ‘Mamil’ (middle aged man in Lycra).
With over 40 years’ experience, he’s regarded as one of the most experienced and knowledgeable TV buyers in the industry. Steve never fails to get the best in market deals for clients.
Prior to joining Medialab he was at JAA for 22 years and has managed some of the UK’s biggest TV accounts, including Barnardo’s, Ford, Tesco, Guinness, Mars UK, Save the Children and Macmillan.
Steve’s also an avid biker and commutes on a Harley Davidson every day. Beats getting the Tube!
He works with multiple charity clients, including Macmillan, Scope, VSO and Alzheimer’s Society as well as commercial clients such as Echo.
Owen has over 15 years’ experience in planning and managing marketing campaigns for a range of brands across both agency and client-side.
His powers of persuasion also extend beyond the word of media, having been part of a team that won investment for a business idea on the show Dragons Den!
Charlotte brings a wealth of TV experience, having worked in the industry for over 20 years in senior agency roles and her own successful media consultancy. She’s worked with a wide range of clients across the commercial and not-for-profit sectors.
As well as her passion for TV, she also loves shopping around for a great deal… so much so in fact that she’s been an Ebay queen since 2002!
As one of our chief data gurus, Glyn is continually developing our data capabilities, processes and automations to enhance Medialab’s data offering for clients. He works across the planning, design, development and implementation of large-scale, bespoke customer SCV and CRM solutions.
Prior to joining Medialab, Glyn worked as a senior software engineer for clients such as Microsoft, Canon and Sony.
He’s also a whizz on the running track, having run the 100m race in 11.33 seconds. The Olympic qualifying time for London 2012 was 10.18 seconds in the men's race and 11.29 seconds for women, so not far off!
He develops data products and services to support client growth and uses data to help solve business problems and inform marketing strategy.
Alan has over 20 years’ experience in data analysis and strategy in senior agency roles and his own successful consultancy business Datalytics, which was bought by iris Worldwide in 2013.
One of the many Medialab cycling fans, he spends his weekends cycling around the Surrey hills.
He has over 20 years’ experience in TV trading, planning and buying at both large network and independent agencies, including M2M and Starcom MediaVest Group.
Mark is passionate about maximising value for clients with an emphasis on providing competitive advantage.
He’s also an avid cyclist and has cycled Land’s End to John O’Groats, as you do!
Tony works closely with our clients to ensure we deliver market leading digital solutions with the highest ROI. He’s always seeking out new opportunities to drive innovation with the work we do for our clients.
Tony has over 16 years’ experience delivering media solutions at both large network and independent agencies, including PHD, MC&C, MEC and Total Media.
He’s also a keen rock drummer in his spare time… much to the annoyance of his wife!
He plans and delivers highly targeted customer acquisition campaigns, across a multitude of platforms, including performance digital (email, online display, PPC, programmatic), direct mail, inserts, press and outdoor media channels, for our finance and wealth management clients.
David is committed to achieving the best possible ROI – not just in the immediate term but to generate real lifetime value from each customer.
One of his biggest lifetime achievements to date is being crowned the Medialab Bake Off winner 2014… and once shaking Roy Walker from Catchphrase’s hand!
He works with a wide range of clients including Great Ormond Street Hospital, PETA, St Mungo’s and is a key member of our DMA Gold Award-winning National Trust account team.
James has over 25 years’ experience in media planning with specialist experience in offline channel planning.
He’s a firm believer that ‘the early bird catches the worm’ and is always here bright and early to open the Medialab office!
An experienced planner across offline and online channels, he takes a media neutral approach to planning client campaigns and is always focused on maximum effectiveness.
Matthew is also a self-confessed data geek who loves to get stuck into data visualisation in tools such as Tableau or Medialab’s Apollo.
She has over 8 years’ experience in media, and specifically the audio sector, as prior to joining Medialab she worked both agency and media owner side at RadioWorks, Bauer Media and Global.
She is also obsessed with cheese and can be often found taking photo of her meals for her food blog!
He leads some of our key charity client accounts, including Scope, Friends of the Earth, Alzheimer's Society and St Mungo’s.
Alf has over 12 years’ experience in online and offline marketing in the charity sector, having held in-house marketing roles at Friends of the Earth and Shelter.
He holds the Medialab record for posting the most cat memes on Workplace and is a huge fan of Bill Murray… so much so that he has a framed picture of him above his fireplace!
He has worked in a wide range of sectors and understands the importance of connecting brands to audiences that complement each other for maximum ROI.
In his spare time, you will find him attempting to eat his way through the capital’s culinary delights, hoping the service rivals the Medialab standard.
