For the second year running, Medialab has been recognised as one of Campaign Magazine’s Best Places To Work.
Having grown significantly over the past two years, and onboarded a number of new employees virtually and during an unprecedented time, the nature of what a working culture is has changed. We have all had to adapt, and do the best we can given the circumstances. As we’ve grown, broadened and diversified our capabilities and talent base, we have always been keen to maintain the consistent behaviours that Medialab was built on and that are as valuable today as they were 15 years ago; something which we have had to work even harder at in a virtual, distanced world. This recognition is, as a result, something which we are incredibly proud of, and something that is incredibly meaningful.
There is always room for improvement, and we look forward to building on many of the learnings and our experiences from the past year, to better equip Medialab to continue building a culture that welcomes, accommodates and supports its people moving forwards.
