ListLab’s media planning department continues to grow year after year, confirming our reputation as one of the leading direct marketing agencies in the UK. In 2009, during the economic downturn, we experienced our most productive year to date, trading over 40 million names, as more and more clients recognised our innovative and refreshing approach to data and media planning. This, along with our well-known excellent levels of service and ability to source data at highly competitive rates has enabled us to co-ordinate a series of extremely successful media campaigns for our clients.

Our team have over 45 years collective experience in direct marketing with unrivalled knowledge of the data marketplace. However, we understand that a media planner should offer far more than simply sourcing, negotiating and acquiring data; that’s why we aim to be an integral part of your marketing team, understanding your product, managing your campaign results and providing database analytics in order to improve future campaigns.

As well as planning direct mail and email campaigns, our media planners also book and manage off-the-page and online media advertising, online display and sponsorship campaigns and inserts (see InsertLab). We’ve also launched multi-channel integrated campaigns for a number of clients to cover various forms of media for the same campaign in order to uplift overall response.
